Does the problem also occur if you get another dialog to come up e.g. create output port, edit a beanshell? What operating system does this happen on? I've tried to reproduce it on my Mac but haven't. I've added the issue to Jira as it sounds like there is a problem with the window not being closed if there is an error. > Taverna people: if you need the service urls that I used, please contact > me.
