I don't think the Import dialogue can re-appear, but there might be a message with a warning of not being able to load the WSDL that is popping up?
So if I understand you get an issue if this dialogue pop ups while you are in the process of adding an input port, which is a second pop-up. Are you then not able to click on either the OK button of the warning message or to finish making the input port? Which operating system and Java version is this on..? To replicate - try adding a WSDL to an address on a port which is blocked by the firewall (meaning a time-out will occur in the background), like: http://rpc268.cs.man.ac.uk:2345/nothing Then right click in diagram to add a workflow input port, but don't click 'OK' yet in the dialogue. For some reason on my mac the warning message dialogue (takes about 2 minuets to appear) just disappears right away, even if I do a 404-type URL like http://www.mygrid.org.uk/404 - some related bug I guess.
