One of the input files is invalid ... 100 4-residue single sequences
with no sequence name. This crashed EMBOSS as an input file. I can fix
the crash but it is still not a valid input file.

The other input files are huge - 100 times alignments of 22 sequences
with length 1592. The run times wold be very long and I would expect
them to exceed even the extended job limits on the new SoapLab services.

The sequences also look very artificial ... were the sequences input to
fseqboot aligned?
