This looks like a bug in progress report but taverna is still able to
use the specified maxinterval settings in my test workflows/processors i
just have prepared/tested. It looks like when saving workflows taverna
selects the correct maxinterval value, which is good.

(we haven't yet corrected the new timeout limit to the exact value above
as there is one issue that we would like to fix before next time soaplab
web application is updated)
