Hi Steffan, That is very specific, what you ask. As far as I am aware, nothing is available that does exactly what you ask. It may be possible to write a perl script to execute a BLAST using the Ensembl Perl API: http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/api/core/core_tutorial.html
