Hello Taverna Folks
I'm investigating Taverna. Running Taverna Workbench 2.1 beta 2 on Mac
OS X.
“Katy Wolstencroft, Getting Started with Taverna 2.1: Building a
Simple Workflow” says:
As Taverna workflows are executed, the
provenance of each workflow run can be
recorded
When a workflow is complete, you can
look at intermediate values by selecting a
service in the workflow run diagram panel
but no intermediate results are available. The intermediate results
window says "No intermediate results for Get_Protein_FASTA".
“Enable provenance capture from workflow runs” is selected.
Could I have some help with this please?
