Biomart is (I think) the only external service that Taverna 2.2 does not verify is up as part of its reporting. I'll add that into Jira as a future improvement. In this case I don't think any reporting woould have helped as Biomart seems to have disappeared between Taverna populating the service panel and when the service was added to the workflow. > David.
