So http://www.biomart.org/ is back up but there is still a problem when using 
this dataset in Taverna. The problem is caused by a filter that references a 
filter in another dataset, but the referenced dataset (40005_marker_start) 
doesn't exist. Taverna should ignore filters where the referenced dataset is 
not available so I've logged this as a bug at 
http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/issues/browse/T2-1513
