Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response but I am seeing this error too. It
happens every time I start Taverna (2.2.0). I click 'Ok' and continue
working, although I must say I am not using any BioMoby services so I
don't know if using them has been affected.

I am using Fedora 13, 32 bits. My Java is Sun, 1.6.0_21. The ulimit
command shows '1024'. I do have multiple versions of Java installed,
and 'alternatives --config java' shows an asterisk * at the
jre-1.6.0-openjdk entry.

Best regards,
Wil
