HI
Just tried the pathway workflow again and got same error
However i tried another workflow which works from the command line but
not in taverna. This was just my test for the command line tool (it
just concatenates my forname and surname)
andrea@oscar:~/taverna-2.2$ executeworkflow.sh getname.t2flow
-inputvalue forname andrea -inputvalue surname edwards
Outputs will be saved to the directory:
/home/andrea/taverna-2.2/Workflow4_output_1
andrea@oscar:~/taverna-2.2$ cd Workflow4_output
andrea@oscar:~/taverna-2.2/Workflow4_output$ ls
out
andrea@oscar:~/taverna-2.2/Workflow4_output$ head out
andrea edwards
andrea@oscar:~/taverna-2.2/Workflow4_output$
However it does not work inside taverna. I have attached the workflow

What database are you referring to?
Two other users reported a similar problem. It could be solved by
removing the database in which Taverna stores provenance information
(and perhaps data).
However, I would have expected a corrupt database to prevent you running
any workflows. If you send me the input values, I can try to replicate
your problem.
