this is the trace we saw the other day when Taverna could not load
existing runs from the database. It seems this can kill loading of the
user interface for showing results - not sure if it's in Jira, now
we've got a nice error trace it should be easy to put in. :-)

Try deleting ~/.taverna-2.2.0 to start fresh.
