Hi Alan

I know about the biovel and I find it very interesting, I used to work
in the DOPA (Digital Observatory for Protected Area) [1] and I was
working on web services to for ecological modelling of protected areas
[2]. My background is mainly WPS (Web Processing Service) and I'm a
developer in the PyWPS (Python API) project.

The "A web based graphical editor is being developed based on the
WireIt! API" is underdevelopment and it's going to be presented in
Madrid in the EUROGEOSS 2012 conference in January, the web gui is just
a small part of the NETMAR project deliverables and it's purpose is to
show the usage of WebGUI to build workflows that can be run (Taverna
engine). Basically the functionalities are reduced and the code is not
so API oriented :(, I can't wait to Taverna's webGUI :)))))

Actually the use of WireIt! API was suggested by you in the mailing list
and I've implemented it without major issues :)

Jorge
