Ok I retryed from the beginning. I used VMWare Worstation 8.0.2
First of all, when I import the VM using VMWare, VMWare tell me "The import
failed because the ...ovf did not pass OVF specification conformance or
virtual hardware compliance checks". We can bypass this "warning"and
continue.
Then, "To import ...ovf you must read and accept the following licence
agreement(s):" and it's empty ! I click on "accept" but after few seconds
VMWare ask me the same question, and again, and again ...
By doing the same thing in virtualbox, the licence is correctely displayed
and clicking on "accept" work and everything is fine.
