Is it possibly because your workflows use features only available in Taverna 2.3, such as REST, XPath or Tool services? If it is urgent, you can install Taverna 2.3 into the VM and get the server to call the Taverna 2.3 command line tool. I would not recommend this, but I have got it to work before now. > Another question, how to add information to a workflow, such as workflow > title, authors and description using Taverna Desktop ? Click on the object and then choose the Details tab in the lower left, then click Annotations. Then you can type in the information. Yes, I know it is not obvious :-) In 2.4, you can r-click on the object and choose Annotate from the menu. > Is it done > automatically when using myExperiment ? No. It works the other way around. myExperiment tries to get the annotations from the workflow. Changing the description on myExperiment will not affect the contents of the uploaded workflow. > Thanks a lot. > Judicael Alan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Virtualization & Cloud Management Using Capacity Planning Cloud computing makes use of virtualization - but cloud computing also focuses on allowing computing to be delivered as a service. http://www.accelacomm.com/jaw/sfnl/114/51521223/ _______________________________________________ taverna-users mailing list [email protected] [email protected] Web site: http://www.taverna.org.uk Mailing lists: http://www.taverna.org.uk/about/contact-us/
