Hello again,
i have succesfuly used taverna+Velvet but there is another problem that i
face right now.
When velvet executes it creates a FastA file called contigs.fa in a
specified place in my Biolinux file-system.
Now right-click on the service tool-->file outputs
Taverna port name: out1
from file: /home/blahblah/contigs.fa
file type: text
i connect this with an output port (which sholld hold the FastaA txt file
from the system right ?)
i run my workflow
and i get :
Error trace
Processor 'Tool - Port 'out1'
No result for out1
I have tried so many things but nothing worked, any suggestions/solutions ?
thx
Chris
