Hello, I am not a Mac person at all. Situation now: we got Taverna installed and graphviz; we set the path to the graphviz app and restarted Taverna as requested. No complaints when starting up, but when opening a workflow we get a complaint and some graphics are bunched up in the top left corner of the diagram window. It all a bit complicated by the fact that the problem acutally occur in a group I am not in. So I am sorry that I am so vague.

Java version was 6.0.35. Remember that you also need graphviz installed but even without it Taverna will still run - some issues here to navigate your way round. Are there are osx stack traces or error logs when it fails to install/run?
