Hello, I have seen the graphics bunching up in the corner before. I think it might be a graphviz version problem, similar problems have been reported before on Ubuntu - http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01126.html Not sure what the fix is for MacOS, it could be a version number problem. What version is installed, type dot -V in a terminal to find out. I am using 2.20.2 on ubuntu and 2.28.0 on Snow Leopard (which I think is the latest stable version at graphviz.org).
