Hello everyone,
We are trying to set up REST services of our DIANA-labs microRNA web server
in Biocatalogue, in order to make them available in Taverna.
We have set some endpoints to our first service (it is a GET service,
returning entries of our DIANA-microT microRNA target prediction algorithm)
http://www.biocatalogue.org/services/3413#endpoints
However, when it is inserted in Taverna, there are no inputs nor outputs
available and the template also has not been generated.
We really want to set up all our services in Taverna and to make them
available to Taverna users.
I am trying to setup at first our REST microT service (miRNA target
prediction) and then the rest of our tools and databases (such as TarBase,
and miRPath).
We would be most grateful if you could provide us with some directions.
