I think this is due to a problem with BioCatalogue. On the page 
http://www.biocatalogue.org/services/3413#endpoints it says "Could not 
generate URL template". This is probably why it cannot be correctly 
inserted into a workflow by Taverna.

I am copying your question to the biocatalogue e-mail address. Rob 
Haines who is mostly in charge of biocatalogue will be back in the New Year.

I do not know the BioCatalogue code, but I wonder if it is because of 
the hypens in the parameters.
