H Alan, all,
I found the problem: I copied the .jar to the wrong directory. I did not
realize the home directory of java7 was different from java6, so I copied
them to the java6 home directory. The solution is copy the .jar into
/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-oracle/jre/lib/security and not into /usr/lib/security
