Only for Taverna is fine enough. I have the workflow that takes a few
inputs, and generate some outputs in the end. Now I am finding a way to
interact with the execution.
Let say I have a simple three component (input, calc, output) workflow. How
do I give data to 'input' programmatically, then see if 'calc' has
generated required results and get and display the 'output' results.
How do I start for that? I have looked at Developer's Gide. There is an
incomplete plugin tutorial. Also it says the plugin has to be deployed on a
public site, why?
I thought there will be an API to simply interact with running taverna and
use workflows.
