Ctrl+Shift+M is completely broken when using Group by date (marks all messages for that day as read). Also related, this sometimes marks all messages read, but the number in Unread column in folders pane still shows some unread messages. Alt+left arrow doesn't move back to previous message. When going to next unread message by using spacebar or Ctrl+], if the message is in another folder, TB won't select the unread message in that folder, but will instead select the last message you viewed in that folder, and you have to press Ctrl+] or spacebar again.
