Since 14x version, when I right-click on the toolsbar, then select 'Customise', it gives me an AV. Also the hint (even the toolbar icon as shown in the pic) still has some display problem. this is because my system locale. my system is win7-en but under system locale, for non-unicode programs I use Chinese. If I change it to En, hints seem all right
