Ack! Sorry, what I said earlier isn't quite right. After some more playing
around I see now that TB does indeed fail to close for me *any time* that
mail is received via IMAP, regardless of whether it's initiated manually, or
automatically (including at program start). (It's hard to test these things
when I'm flooded by ~100 messages from this list in the last few minutes...
:))
