OK, one last try before we have to come to the conclusion you own a
very special build of The Bat!.

In "Options" / "Preferences" / "System" / "Mail Directory" is a
directory set.
Read it, remember it, open it in your file explorer, which ever that
might be.

THERE this file "Shortcut.CFG" should be located. If not and user
defined shortcuts are working nevertheless write to RIT about your
special abilities of telepathic controlling, I think they will be very
impressed by your user defined short cuts (we don't talk about
"Options" / "Define System Hot-keys"!) without configuration file.

Maybe it helps if you define a new shortcut via <Alt>+<F12> and than
close The Bat! _before_ searching the file. I don't know if it might
be written when closing the application.
