Simple file format which is used in some IM (I used from Miranda IM)
Smiley are described in form:
Smiley = "path_to_image", image_index, "smiley_patterns",
"description/hint"
Example:
Smiley = ".\smile.ico", 0, ":) :-)", "smile"
Currently are supported ico, jpg, gif, bmp, png images.
ImageIndex is used if images are in .dll but has no support yet.
