Don't know anything about other mail clients, but .msl is used in
Miranda IM. Actually, PDSF is an free emoticons theme, which I
downloaded from Miranda's repository. So, you can try download and use
other themes which you prefer more. Compatibility problem is that most
of .msl describe icons in .dll (which are not supported yet). And
another problem is that TB! currently is fixed on pdsf.msl and doesn't
scan other .msl files. When I'll have time I'll implement these features.
