Yeah, I think Paul mentioned something to the effect of having a
default and user .MSL file so people could customize. I don't know
what the memory overhead is, but I'd like to see multiple .MSL files
so that specialty groups could have their own .MSL files which would
be kept in say an emoticon folder, and in the emoticon folder for each
.MSL there is a subfolder with those emoticons specific to it.
i.e.
C:
Program Files
Thebat
Emoticons (which contain all the .MSL files)
Folder1
Folder2
Folder3
Similar to how themes are done. Each .MSL file will reference
(Folder1, or Folder2, or Folder3 etc.)
At runtime for TB, it just combines all the .MSL files into one big
one in memory (kinda like default.DICT and user.DICT).
