I am recently receiving a new kind of spam. Spammers instead of writing a text inside the email are attaching a gif file containing the ad and the product image. The subject and the text of the email are always changing and also the name of the attachment is always changing. I have tried to teach both bayesit and bayes filter but after a month the spam is still passing through the filters. I suppose this is because the ad is inside the image and cannot be read by the filter that only reads the subject and the text (that is randomly chosed).
