I can understand your frustration, and I can tell that you are much 
more knowledgeable about the tech aspects that I am, really.

I agree with all of the above - but RitLabs has to look at all 
features and decisions from a variety of tech and marketing and 
customer satisfaction angles.  They may not do everything perfectly 
(and neither do I or you), but I think they are making very good 
efforts on all this, and that is why TB has such a good reputation.

Our being impatient or worse really won't help the situation.
