I read that "it seems" that the problem in the subject is solved, I just thought I add my observation: at me it happened with the Inbox of password protected accounts. When I downloaded the mails after this, only the new mails were shown. Then I quit TB, deleted the TBN file and restarted TB. It seems that it cured the TBN files, all message is visible.
