Every six hours by proxy. At http://www.runbox.com you are supposed to
be able to choose between different intervals (from 2 mins to 24 hours)
- but I haven't been able to get it to work. Besides, as I told on one
of the lists recently, runbox.com is closed for new registrations -
but their Norwegian interface should be open (at http://www.runbox.no).
