And then when anyone comes up from that group, their email is formatted in a special way. Just a note on folder templates: I learned, tho I was warned by experienced TB! users not to use folder templates, why not. You must remember that your cursor focus *must* be on that folder for the particular template to work. And if you are dealing with a lot of folders as some of us are, you can sometimes forget this & get an un-wanted format.
