I revamped my filters. They consist mainly of spam-related.

I decided to just use the Action to "set flagged attribute" and also
"continue processing".

Then, at the end of those that filter spam, I have a single rule with the
Advanced selection of "message is flagged" box checked.

IF this rule fires, then I would forward the text to my ISP's abuse
department.

Instead, it falls through and is ultimately collected by the very last
rule, "Unknown" and remains in the Inbox.

I note that those spam emails left in the Inbox are FLAGGED --- this means
the message fell into a particular rule (of spam) and got flagged, as it
should have been --- and the rule allowed continuing of processing.

The failure comes when the End-Spam rule *should* detect that the message
being processed IS already flagged --- and handle it inside that rule. It
does not.

IF I then use "Re-Filter" on the inbox --and those remaining spam messages
are already flagged, then the End-Spam rule DOES fire and the appropriate
new message to the ISP is queued in the OutBox.

How can this be? The End-Spam rule missed the flag the first time and
caught it on each message the second time.

This is 100% repeatable.

Any help please?
