    I never mentioned size.  All it takes is one SMTP server in the queue
lagging and a later message can exceed an earlier message.  A network hiccup
could also cause the problem, and so on.  With MTAs like Exim and Postfix
which don't send messages serially (or, in fact, addresses within a single
message serially) it is likely.  Not often, but it can happen.
