Hello The Bat! developers,

I'm using The Bat! Version 1.36
  under Windows 98 4.10 Build 1998
and would like to report a bug

  The bug description:
This is a bug that has clearly caught many of us and I can see
logic that would help. The bug is that Auto-format will join and
re-wrap consecutive paragraphs that don't belong together ... even
if the following paragraph is quoted and the one you are typing is
    not.

It should be pretty easy to check that the wrap logic isn't
wrapping together two paragraphs with disparate quoting prefaces.

  Steps to reproduce the bug:
Use auto-format when editing a reply. You're bound to hit it
sometime! It's almost impossible not to. ;-)

Seriously though, just reply with Auto-format on and try typing in
a line above a quoted paragraph.

Regards,
  Marck D. Pearlstone
