I've been away from this list and from The Bat! for the last few
months, for one very good reason -- when I switched to Win2000, I
could no longer read and write Japanese in The Bat! using NJWin.
Is there anyone out there who has found a solution to using 7-bit
Japanese encoding with The Bat! in a Win2000 environment? If not,
the only solution seems to be to wait for Ver. 2 and full two-byte
character support. Speaking of which, any news on a Ver. 2 beta,
first promised in February of this year?
