Although I suspected that TB! would still run perfectly after the upgrade I took your message as confirmation of my thoughts. I took your advice (and the advice of others on the web) and selected the "custom" install thereby allowing me to deny MS any information generated by her laptop or contained on her laptop. I suppose it's always possible that MS will get the info it wants anyway but we have no way of knowing that for sure.
