Either we're doing something > wrong or it just doesn't work correctly. Instead of using broad searches like Header, I search specific headers such as Sender and/or (as appropriate) Recipient. It works well over here, I do not get results that contain any false positives. I have a filter to move messages to a certain folder, and it contains only three letters in Headers.
