I agree ... it has caused a lot of confusion with my posts, as well,
on many mailing lists.  It is not usual behavior and people get really
weirded out by it.  I suspect it's possible by use of macros and
templates, but I'd appreciate it if someone could give the
step-by-step that the documentation fails to do.  TIA.
