This is a major pain. While it works, it clutters the address book.
More importantly, it makes management more difficult, for
information about a person (physical addres, phone no., etc.) isn't
put in one place, and you'll have to maintain several set of
templates for one person. :-(

I know, it's not your fault and you're just trying to help. Just
can't help not to whine a little.
