Turns out the account was locked because its files were open. That
fixed, I deleted, then readded the account against the same account
files. The account still misbehaves. If I try to open the Sorting
Office/Filters, TheBat! hangs.
Any way to rebuild an account's files? Purge/compress doesn't help.
