I don't know about the original user, but some samples of the
mail headers I am typically interested in seeing, using your
message as my example:

KS> Received: from dutaint.com (dip6.dutaint.com [203.130.233.8])
KS> by s3.can-host.com (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id VAA32148
KS> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Mon, 25 Sep 2000 21:04:20 -0400
KS> Received: from smtp7.xs4all.nl by dutaint.com
KS> with SMTP (MDaemon.v3.5.0f.R)
KS> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Tue, 26 Sep 2000 04:09:00 +0700
KS> Received: from PANTHER (bagheera.xs4all.nl [194.109.240.22])
KS> by smtp7.xs4all.nl (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id XAA28692
KS> for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Mon, 25 Sep 2000 23:08:34 +0200 (CEST)

This information gives me the path the mail took, when mail is
taking a while it tells me where the hold ups are.

KS> X-Mailer: The Bat! (v1.46d) Personal

I like to know what mailler my correspondents use at times.

KS> Organization: Marcab Inc.
You spent the time to fill it in, I'd like to see it.

Of these items, adding XMAILER and Organization to that grey bar
would be nice for things I always want to look at.

The Received lines I only need to track something down, so a
seperate window(I prefer popup, but I beleive the requestor
prefers a window pane) would be good.
