Hello all!
Allow me to ask for your kind services yet again; I may not be able to
give enough info for you to help me, but I'd very much like to know if
anyone else is having this problem:
In View Folder, I sometimes find that all of a sudden a bunch of the
buttons and menu commands gray out. That is, all the buttons &
commands will be available at first, and then all of a sudden they
aren't. I can't figure out how to activate them again short of closing
the folder and reopening it. I must be triggering this by hitting some
key combination accidentally, but for the life of me, I can't figure
out what!
Grayed out commands/buttons include forward, print, delete, move to
next, etc. Strangely enough, the reply button & menu command is grayed
out, but the reply options listed under the Specials menu remain
active. Other remaining active buttons/commands include (but are not
limited to) search, copy, move to next unread, and the entire View
menu. Available and inactive keystrokes correspond to available and
grayed out commands/buttons. Changing the View doesn't seem to affect
the available commands. Any ideas?
