Ok done that, and still nothing! I've checked to confirm that the
batpgp60.dll is in the same directory as TB!

Yep, no problem there.

The menu items are listed all right. Privacy-> PGP-> shows up six
options; Sign Block, Sign Entire Text etc. but selecting them
does nothing!
