That's quite a good thought but I don't know if Syafril would want to
put the energy in. Frankly, there have been very few (no subject)
messages lately.

It's more a matter of educating people not to send the original key
request to the list. This is a matter of making sure that folder
templates don't contain %TO= macros. It's also about teaching people
to glance at the To: line before hitting send on such things.
