I don't get you there.
You wish to create a filter for TBUDL messages. You need only define a
single search string in a single filter rule to achieve this.
How do you therefore have things set up as you say below?

It should simply be:
Location: Sender Presence: Yes
String: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
A more precise filter rule is:
Location: Kludges Presence: Yes
String: Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
