Yes, that is the difference between the two. I have a Wheel Mouse, and
have configured the Wheel button as F4, so all I have to do is highlight
the text I want to reply to... hit the button and start typing my reply to
the pertinent section of the original message. Actually using F4 virtually
guarantees you don't over quote. ;o)
