There is sadly not a lot of help that can be given other than to
replicate the entire filter system in the second account or put it
back the way it was.
Filters are applied *while importing received messages*. Messages that
are placed in the inbox of another account by a filter will *not* be
filtered again.
Accounts operate independently. The automatic operation of filters
occurs as part of a receive cycle. This is Account 2's receive cycle.
Account 1's filters are not running.
The only other thing you can do is to manually re-filter the account 1
inbox.
