Unfortunately, it doesn't matter how powerful is you videoboard.
Win9x 16-bit GDI does though. One can be in trouble if lots of
background apps are loaded. Last time I had problems was when I
used a background bitmap in MS Access 2000 form. GDI resources
got completely depleted after navigating through just a few of
records! You shouldn't encounter this type of problem with NT 4-5
OSes (I think... I believe... I hope... I have a dream:).
